Writing is the easiest thing that is so hard to do

Writing is the easiest thing that is so hard to do.  Writing just comes naturally when you are thinking and being funny.  If you can slow down your brain enough to connect it to your fingers, just sit down in front of the keyboard and start up your word processor. But starting to write is about as difficult as being tasked with rounding up oiled pig in a muddy pen in New Zealand…and you’re snug as a bug in a rug halfway round the world.  It’s not impossible, just a royal pain in the ass.  But once you get going on the adventure, it’s really a jolly good time.
